[ World Intelligence · CityStream ]

Your map is a snapshot.
The road is not.

CityStream is a live read of the road network itself. Every vehicle that passes a location adds an observation, so the state of a sign, a surface, a lane or a work zone updates continuously instead of on a survey cycle. It is not a map you buy once. It is a feed you stay connected to.

[ What CityStream observes ]

Cities cannot manage what they cannot see.

CityStream catalogs road intelligence across four categories, unified in one feed.

Signs

Traffic signs

MUTCD-coded, including US-generic and regional variants, with lane impact and road context on each detection.

Work zones

Construction and work zones

Where they are, when they appeared, and how that compares with what was filed.

Defects

Road conditions

Potholes, manholes, road plates and similar defects.

Surface

Road surface

Condition, and how it is deteriorating between observations.

[ Who is CityStream for ]

How can you use CityStream?

CityStream uses Empiric Earth’s nationwide sensor network to continuously detect, classify, and monitor changing road statuses.

[ Change detection ]

Measured change, not a static report

01

Because the same locations get observed again and again, CityStream reports the difference between this week and last rather than a single snapshot. A sign that came down, a work zone that appeared without a permit, a surface degrading over three months: each shows up as a change you can act on and, later, as evidence that an intervention worked.

02

Coverage follows where vehicles actually drive. A dense urban corridor refreshes constantly; a rural road refreshes when someone drives it. CityStream will tell you which one you are looking at rather than presenting both as equally fresh.
